Data Usage Limit on Account not upheld

I activated a R100.00 limit on my Vodacom Data account. I have now received an account for R1062.49. When I phoned Vodacom, they acknowledged the limit was in place but there was a technical problem on their side. Due to the terms and conditions, I am still responsible for this invoice.
