I just want my line to work!!!

My account was suspended, however on paying the account up to date, I am finding it impossible to get my line unblocked. I have phoned the customer care line about 10 times, and am just passed on from one person to another. PLEASE could someone help!!! Is it so difficult to just unblock a line???
