I logged my initial account query M130702212 on 2013/07/02. This was closed 2013/07/05 with half an answer.
Logged second and third requests M130709149 and M130709152 on 2013/07/09 and both were closed same day with same response "your request has been forwarded to our upgrades department to assist. You will be contacted shortly..." Well, that has not happened.
I upgraded a mobile data contract during beginning of May 2013 and Customer Support cannot establish what my account should be per month, as Upgrade Dept has not yet sent them the relevant documents!
Please sort out your internal account issues and provide me with an answer to my initially billing query request, as soon as possible please.
Note - mobile number provided is for the data account in question.
