I reported a fault on the 13/05/2013 as my landline did not have a dialling tone. Was advised that it was a network outage reference number Reference : 32455 . a week passed then the dialling tone was back BUT, the calls being received on my line are for another house. I have been unsuccessful trying to log a complaint online as it refers me to the outage, I called the call centre they said they will do something to no avail. We will be getting threats from Telkom advising that we have not recharged yet they are failing to solve the problem.
