Upgraded the modem and wasted my money again.
Phoned customer care and was told the case is closed.
I still have the same problem, how can a case be closed without confirmation from the customer. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND SORT THIS OUT
Look at my previous complaints on this site. If you get criticised you just block the customers on your facebook page.
