DSL and Telephone Outage - No reponse / resolution

Internet and complete telephone outage. Logged a fault last week. Have not received a call as to progress or when I can expect the service to be restored. As I use the internet line for business purposes, this is unacceptable. I have a fault reference number logged on Wednesday last week.
