After calling Nashua on feedback regarding a few days early upgrade and asking to talk to anybody in senior management i still have had no mail, no mail, no feedback from them, junoir assastant has mailed b back but she can do nothing as she cannot make desision, after trying for 5 days i still had no call or mail, very very poor service...
We spend R5000 per month between the 2 numbers on the contract and my phone broke and is urgently needed i needed urgent attension to solve this
All i needed was a few days upgrade early and no response from Nashua
