POR POOR POOR SERVICE ETHIC

The Nashua Mobile Call Center is one of the worst functioning ones I have come across to date. In response to an e-mail from Nashua Mobile regarding the re-newal of my data contract I called Nazaam Khan and agreed to an upgrade. All the necessary was done until I had to collect the devise which came with the upgrade and ended up at a Nashua Mobile store which had closed for the festive season. I immediately called the agent and communicated this to him and was advised that there was nothing they could do and that I had to wait until the store re-opened. I then immediately cancelled the contract with him and he promised to do the necessary. Just to be sure I also confirmed our discussion and my decision in an e-mail that same day to which he responded and confirmed that he would take care of everything. For 5 weeks now I have battled to get the matter resolved and to add insult to injury they billed me another month for my old contract and told me I need to give them one months notice of my intention not to continue with a contract which has expired.
