NEW CONTRACT SIGNED: NO PHONE & NO SIM!

Cell phone contract expiring in June 2013. Upgrade available April 2013. I decided on "Cell C Straight Up 500" was supposed to sign contract. Delays in Nashua getting back to me resulted in my missing the "Cell C Straight Up 500" by 2 Days. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. Next option was "Straight Up Postpaid 200" for the same price and half the benefits. I was promised on 10June 2013 that the phone would be delivered "2 to 4 days after paper work had been processed." I signed and returned all forms on 12 June 2013 on condition that 1) I would get the phone within a week so that I could change from BB to Samsung 4 timeously before I left for Jhb for work, and 2) someone would come and help me change over.By 20 June 2013 I had not heard from Nashua. I emailed Tanita again. She apologized again, saying she was ill &" Your device it has been processed a while ago we are just currently awaiting for the device to be packed. I left for Jhb the next day so it was too late. FED UP, I agreed on Monday 8 July for delivery. She said no one can help swap over. I said I must cancel phone. She said she would organize someone.By Sat 6th July my SIM was disconnected. I had no phone, no sim, no connection
