I bought a Toyota yaris 2008 model in 2010, I got a package that included the warrantty and service plan. Shortly afterwards I got a call from an agent who identified herself as a Toyota sales person. She adviced that I will need the plan. The plan was supposed to be valid for 36 months. I took the plan in July 2011 which became a second service plan. I have been paying R195, 00 from July 2011 till July 2013..
I have never used the plan SA DRIVE PLAN as the Toyota plan is still valid till February 2014. The stop order for this policy wa stopped suddenly without any communication. I have since called the customer care line and I was adviced to send an email. The agent from SA drive confirmed that the account was valid but has been stopped. I did sent an email but there has not been a response. I have requested the refund of my money that I contributed (R4680, 00) OR their Plan should kick in soon as the Toyota plan ends i.e. 2014. I will however prefer a refund as this has left a bitter taste on my mouth.
