July 2012 I called call centre to enquire about migrating my line, however they (cell c consultant) changed it without me authorising it; resulting in me being charged almost double my subscription of R145. I called them to dispute these changes which took almost 4 months to listen to recording-after realising they were in the wrong they didn't bother to call and apologise-they finally migrated my line back to my original plan-casual chat-BUT they didn't change back my subscription fee! I am over charged, from November 2012 I called them-even though they changed my plan they FORGOT to change my subscription fee, they promise they will change it-they only re imbues me the following month. Following month it the same thing I call again call centre forward the case to billing WHOM NEVER CALL BACK
Till today it not changed every moth I call them and it is an inconvenience for me: It has a negative impact on my credit as my account sometimes goes on a negative. I am truly fed up with these people now; from the beginning this was NEVER my fault! The point is for them to correct this frustration they are causing! Im supposed to be charged R145 39 but im charged -R440 TOTAL RIPP-OFF!!!
