I had a complaint a few weeks ago about being double charged for my hardware. I was called by someone named Leighroy, who claimed that the person that I signed my contract with SHOULD HAVE told me about the additional charges I am incurring. In my mind, SHOULD HAVE and DID are two very different things. You cannot charge someone for something you SHOULD HAVE but FAILED TO tell them. He assured me he would look into it. I am still waiting for a response. This is getting ridiculous.
