We called Telkom and ordered a 1mb adsl line to be installed at our place (aloe ridge 2 GreenStone Hill) and was told there is infrastructure at our place and it will take a certain amount of days (7) to be installed. A few days after that my wife got an sms saying that they "might" only install the line in August or maybe later because there is no infrastructure.
We dont have an account and we dont have a number. So please dont ask for this.
Can this be pushed to be setup quicker? If your technicians know what they do it will be installed within a day.
