Why am I not surprised?
After a super efficient sign up process, I thought Telkom actually turned the corner and valued their customers!
Telkom, you have reaffirmed your status as pathetic!
I had applied for a Telkom home line with ADSL more than a month ago.
When the technician came out to my premises, he figured that an external line would need to be laid.
He then logged a call to get the engineers to come out and lay the line.
Since then, NOTHING!
How long must I wait for my phone line and service?
Reply if you can answer this! if not, don't bother and I will seek an alternate solution.
