Ordered an adsl line from the telkom shop in Greenstone Mall. They informed me that I would have the line installed within 2weeks. The following week I received a call saying that they would be coming on the Wednesday to install the line. Wednesday came and went and nothing! I waited another week and still nothing! I returned to the shop and queried what was going on they then informed me there is no infrastructure in this area? I then informed them that my neighbour has an adsl line. They checked again and said yes they could do the line and they would be there within 7working days. It is now 3 weeks since then and I still have not heard anything from anyone at telkom! There is absolutely no customer service from this pathetic company! Totally useless!
