I received my upgrade 28feb this year, my phone was faulty, I received a notification to update my BlackBerry z10, which I did. Shortly thereafter the handset gave me problems. I was given a new handset when I had take it to the repair centre in Montague gardens, n had to redo the upgrade. Now I was initially charged R219.11 for data charges which is ridiculous cos I was given a faulty phone and I had to redo the update. I want my R219.11, I was given a ref no 99530161, and know one even had the decency to inform me, this is BS, I have a long way to go b4 my contract expires, rest assured, this will b the last time il b with this service provider!!! Like I said, I want my money back, R219.11 for data charges is pure madness
