I received a re-furbished unit which is faulty after going without a phone for 6 weeks!
Is it fair for me to receive a re-furbished handset because the mtn repair centre in Bloemfontein damaged my phone after repairing it successfully?
My contract is 18 months; however the phone which had been booked is in less than a year old since I received a new handset last year because the previous phone was faulty.
Can I please be assisted with this because I cannot book my phone in, wait another 6 weeks for another faulty handset! I need a phone for my daily use.
This incident is very unfair since a customer has no rights even when the fault with mtn.
Can someone please call me regarding this matter?
