This is my 2nd time reporting mtn with a phone that's giving me problems. This blackberry 9900 has to go back in for the 6th time and its costly on my side. A gentleman by willem posted a reply on the 9th may and I'm still waiting for help on their side. Do these people really care about us customers or just the money they make? If I take back this unit, it will be for the 6th time, then its going to be 2 weeks without a phone and I'm self employed. Mtn is really letting me down. And I migrated from Vodacom for this kind of treatment. Can someone please call and explain what I should do about this. I pay R389 a month for problems
