I have called customer care telling them that the phone which I am using is not functioning. The assistant (Refilwe) made further research and acknowledged that the phone matter is under investigation with the manufacturers as this occur with other cell phones of the same model. I wanted the assistant to send me the confirmation of the statement she just said and somehow I lost connection with her. I called again asking for the same person but the second assistant (Tsholofelo) said she will continue and try to assist.

I spoke to Tsholofelo and explained the same situation and Tsholofelo at some stage asked me to hold on for more than 5 minutes, as she came back to me she said she had a chat with the first assistant and the first assistant said something else but not what I heard. She was clearing an understanding that the phone's situation is under investigation and wanted to change the statement made by Refilwe.

I called for the third time finding Tsakane to report the service from the first two assistants. I asked for reference number (26may201312:50) as she also hidden the statement that the matter is still under investigation.

The matter proceeds and I am available for more..
