I'd like to lodge a formal complaint about the Kempton Park Builders Warehouse store:
I've visited the store 5x times in the past 4 weeks to try and buy mini starlight globes. It is made by Radiant Lighting and comes in 10W and 20W format. Cost is around R12 per mini globe.
Yet: 5x visits and still NO stock.
I've reported the matter to the assistant attending to the electricity isle - he promised to do a buy-out from a different store and notify me once it has been received. NOTHING.
I have also lodged the matter as reception / customer care and here again my number was taken and a promise made to keep me informed of the process. NOTHING happened.
Coming to another matter: I've bought a Chef Spitbraai Motor from the store. It worked for all of 8 minutes. I went back to exchange (and was even willing to buy another motor!) and low and behold = NO stock.
Once again I requested the assistant to order more stock. And the promise was naturally made: immediately it will be done. NOTHING.
Going to reception / customer service to lodge my request when I went back the 3rd time, .. another assistant was called: and even before I could explain what it was I wanted - he interrupted me by telli
