I upgraded with Mtn to a sSamsung Galaxy Note 2 which i love dearly, however within 2 weeks this phone is not working i cannot receive or make outgoing calls due to the dead earpiece and speaker.
I have requested for this defective handset to be replaced but no one seems to want to assist with this defective handset that i used for only 2 weeks. I upgraded with mtn looking forward to using this handset but was so disaapointed because this phone did not fall or anything. Im not impressed by this handset, i need it to be replaced ASAOP! because at this stage i dnt have a phone to use. Im not a happy samsung user! Upgraded on 0837815264 @ Mtn Pretoria. Im currently in bfn for maternity leave
