No update on order status. Order late

After making an order for adsl installation (CM 928319) and receiving an SMS saying it would be done by 8 May, I later sent 4 messages, one to each of the persons responsible and one on the website and have received ZERO feedback! It really that telkom are the only people who can install such lines otherwise I would have gone elsewhere long ago. For a company offering internet solutions they have been utterly useless at responding via e-communication. Get it together telkom.
