I concluded my contract upgrade on about 7 and 8 may 2013 with an MTN Corporate sales representative. i ordered a iPhone 5 32GB white phone with the representative. we both confirmed the details of the contract and the type of phone three (3) times. the phone was delivered to my office on 14 May 2013 upon which I got it on 15 May 2013. I immediately contacted the representative that the phone was delivered in wrong color ordered. the iPhone was returned, but to date 9 days later since reporting the matter, I still do not have my phone. unacceptable irresponsible customer service due to red tape in MTN let the customer suffer. My contract upgraded with different package negatively impact accessability as i still need to make use of my old phone. require MTN to act swiftly and in proper manner cummunicate and treat this matter with respect
