USELESS AREA FIELD MANAGER

I went to an MTN store to get a phone and was sold the Sony Experia Z by a Sony promoter. I was told that the phone was shatterproof and waterproof so I choose that on my upgrade because that was what I thought was important for me despite the price of the phone being higher than normal. After 2 weeks the screen cracks in my pocket. I've been sent from one mtn store to another and got no joy. I was referred to the Sony rep Allister who said he will call back but he didnt. I contacted the SONY customer care and spoke to Jasmin and she asked to send the phone. MTN didnt want to assist in sending the phone for me. i still never get feedback from allister. i called him again and he denied speaking to another person who tried to help with this regard. he stated that i am going around to stores and telling different stories. so the fact that he is aware that me as a customer is being shoved around from store to store is a joke to him. he didnt care to help me and said he will find out and get back to me still waiting up until now. i am still sitting with this phone and i am getting no joy from either of the providers MTN or SONY. simple cancel my contract or replace me with a new phone.
