I logged a call in April regarding the faulty line that was fix and the very same day my ADSL could not work. I reported the fault was logged and not once have I received a feedback from Telkom. I received a call from quality assure asking me to rate the level of service while my issue was not resolved. Made number of follow up calls to date the matter is still not resolved. How must Pay for the service that I never used. All the bundles will be forfeited and I must pay???
