What more can I do?

Since moving into our house we have had endless troubles with our ADSL line, but the latest fault Telkom have been really poor at resolving - Fault Reference 234BRK0413.
This latest fault was logged on 4th April. On the 26th April a technician eventually visited and confirmed the problem was not on my side (I have 3 routers and I always try all 3 before logging a call!). The issue has still not been resolved even though I have been calling the call centre and requesting assistance. The worst of this is that I have been paying the full price for an ADSL line that has been faulty since January!
I would really appreciate it if this issue could be escalated to the right people and a technician could investigate and resolve this issue at the exchange.
If this issue cannot be resolved shortly I will be forced to cancel my ADSL line and move to a 3G option where I will hopefully have more reliable connectivity.
