20 Jan 2013 call logged faulty Adsl line down ref : 351crk200113 (call reported as resolved via SMS, still faulty) 1 Feb 2013 call logged faulty Adsl line still down ref: 444crk010213 (call reported as resolved via SMS, still faulty) 7 Feb 2013 call logged faulty Adsl line still down ref: 334crk070213 (manage to get technician at service box on pavement, not know anything about calls logged. )
Notified Telkom accounts department that line is faulty and that they need to check billing. Ref: 26801990 (accounts will call me with in two days to assist with billing, still waiting)
