I would like to express my frustration regarding Nashua Mobile. I phoned a couple of times to the call centre requesting my oustanding balance as i want to settle it, everytime i phone i`m told my account is with the legal department and get transfared to the department as they dont have a number. No one ever picks up and ended up dropping the call. What frustrates me is that i`ve been requesting for my oustanding balance since last year and the main call centre cannot provide me with the details as the account has been handed over. Today i phoned spoke to a lady - didnt get her name, she asked for my ID and gave it to her afterwards she asked me to hold without telling me the reason for holding. I was on hold for more than 10minutes, tell me who has that kind of money to hold for that long and still get nothing. Is this the kind of service i`m suppose to be getting wether i`m handed over or not, i`m still a customer.
