ON THE 3 OF MARCH 13 I UPGRADED MY TWO CELLPHONES AT NASH MOBILE, I CHANGED FROM MTN TO VODACOM SO A PORT WAS NECESSARY TO RETAIN MY NUMBERS. FILLED IN ALL THE PAPERWORK, CELLPHONES OF MY WERE ISSUED TO ME (IPHONE 5 & BLACKBERRY Z10) & I WAS TOLD THAT PORT TO WOULD TAKE 2 TO 24 HOURS. EXPECTING ALL TO BE IN ORDER I GAVE MY DAD & GIRLFRIEND MY CELLPHONES AS I HAD NO NEED FOR NEW ONES. A WEEK PASSED TO NO PREVAIL SO I WENT BACK TO NASH MOBILE & WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PORT ACTIVATION & MY ID NO, THIS SEEMED STRANGE AS I HAVE BEEN A NASHUA MOBILE CLIENT EVER SINCE THE BEGINNING OF CELLPHONES. THE SALES WOMAN SHOWED ME HUNDREDS OF EMAILS BACK AND FORTH FROM THE PORTING DEPARTMENT, EVERY TIME WITH A DIFFERENT EXCUSE. 2 MONTHS PASSED & STILL NOTHING. I HAVE SINCE DECIDED TO CANCEL ALL MY UPGRADES PORTS AND WHATEVER ELSE AS I GAVE CHANCE AND CHANCE AGAIN TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM. I WENT TO VODACOM DIRECTLY & SINCE THEY HAVE MANAGED TO PORT ME WITH NO PROBLEMS! NASHUA ARE NOW THREATENING TO CREDIT BLACKLIST ME AS I AM A CASH CLIENT AND I HAVE TO OF THEIR CELLPHONES THAT I REFUSE TO PAY FOR AS THEY SHOULD HAVE ISSUED THE DEVICES TO ME ONLY ONCE THE PORTS WERE APPROVED.
