I am absolutely appalled by Nashua Mobile's behaviour! on 16 May my voice contract with Nashua Mobile came to an end and I filled in a form to port my number. I followed the process as they had told me and to date my new phone is still dead. I went through to the Vodacom shop this morning (on the Campus in Bryanston) and they looked on their system to see what was going on. They told me that Nashua Mobile had cancelled my form. I even got an email from Marie Gropp saying that it had all been approved. See below
