Now another week because of incompetance!

We have upgraded our contract as we have reached the end of our contract period. We were initially told that there will be a 1 week back order on the Samsung S3 mini - after the one week delay, nobody contacted us, we had to follow up only to be told that there is another week delay, another week passes, no phones delivered, we had to once again follow up as no one was keeping us in the loop, only to be told that the 1 phone has arrived, but there is another week back order on the WHITE Samsung S3 mini - we agreed to wait.

After it has been pre arranged to extensive arrangedments and permision letters and emails and calls back and forth, that due to the delay, my wife would now have to take receipt of the phones, which we were assured by Mable would not be a problem. The delivery arrived this morning and my wife was denied the delivery of the phones, because Auto page decided they will pack include a streter pack with a new number, which we did not request! Infact we specifically asked them not to do this, so that there will be no RICA implications for my wife to take receipt.
The whole day has passed, weve had to make all the calls and we have still no feedback.
