Still awaiting proper email response on below:

I logged below query on mtnactive as well as with Service Provider. 1 week later no response. Eventually I receive a feeble, incomprehensible. unintelligent response.
I expect EMAIL reponse and NOT telephonic:

I redeemed 600mb or more of data using my loyalty points. Where does this show.??!
Please itemized bill does not give me summary of all data used against all data redeemed/purchased so that I can see why I was charged for data??! THis is a simple requirement. I expect consultatnt to email me this summary on both April and May invoice. Wil continue to hellopeter until satisfied. DO NOT CALL ME, I EXPECT EMAIL
