Pathetic service

I logged below query on mtnactive as well as with Service Provider. 1 week later no response. Eventually I receive a feeble, incomprehensible. unintelligent response.
I expect EMAIL reponse and NOT telephonic:

Here is my last invoice which is very confusing and frustrating.
- Firstly why am I charged the 'recurring 1gb' twice.
- Secondly if I had 3 gb and my usage was 2.4gb why am I still charged out of bundle ie: 20/04/2013 PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS 32.00
- Lastly I redeemed 600mb or more of data using my loyalty points. Where does this show.

Please respond speedily as I'm not prepared to wait another 3-4 weeks before an answer!
