I bought 300mb of data on the 10th of October using my loyalty points. I first logged the incident on the 14th of Ocbtober.
I've complained on HelloPeter a couple of times, but only get the standard response. No real action has happened and I still don't have the 300mb of data. In one of the complaints I was told that someone contacted me, but no one did. They couldn't even tell me if it was by email or phone. And even if someone did contact me, I still didn't get the 300mb of data.
I tried to buy another 300mb of data yesterday, and the same thing happened. My Loyalty points decreased, but I didn't get get the data. MTN now owes me 600mb of data.
Please don't just give me the normal "we are looking into it". I want actual action from someone to give me the 600mb owed to me.
