4th Hello Peter for same issue and 6 weeks later. Dont bother responding with 'Sorry for inconvenience' or anything else. Solve the issue!!!

Latest feedback is MTN cannot give me simple summary or data used versus data purchased and redeemed. How am I supposed to know what happened to my data redeemed? Data used does not exceed data purchased data redeemed YET I am charged out-of bundle for the past few months.
