Lack of service!

Went in to MTN Tygervalley in early April to apply for 1G for my new Samsung note, they were offline and I left, I was pressed for time. Went in the second time Saturday, 18 May 2013, stood there and waited to see if I can be helped. Shop was fairly busy so I stood and waited. I saw 3 people coming out of the back room, chatting with each other and going back into the back room. Still stood there, this was around 10. Eventually a lady assisted me, and then a gentleman was called who assisted me. I still haven't received the 1G for my Samsung galaxy Note 10.1, and today is Thursday, 23 May 2013. How come you walk out of the shop with a brand new phone and package in 20 minutes and I have to complain and shout at someone before I can get 1GIG for R70 per month!!! Numerous people for the last so many months complain about standards at the Tygervalley Store! Please get a Floor Manager out there whom can at least greet you and inform you of how long you have to wait for assistance!!! Why do I have to drive all the way down to Canal Walk if Tygervalley is my closest. You expect us to pay our accounts every month, I expect service!!!
