On Saturday, 27 April 2013, my husband and I went to buy a 40'' LED Samsung TV that was on special. We got there at 2pm.
The people in the electronics section were very incompetent and not eager to help. When we finally got some help, we went to pay it at the till points. We stood there for 30 minutes waiting to pay because they couldn't find the correct barcode for the TV.
After standing there for the barcode to arrrive, we paid and were told to go to the back of the mall, where the dispatch area/ storeroom is.
It took them another HOUR AND A HALF to actually bring out the TV from the store room. I don't understand what took so long, were they busy rebuilding it in the store room???
In total we waited 2 HOURS to get a TV!!! We only left when the store was closed at 4pm!!!
This in unacceptable. If we go to other stores, it takes us less than 20 minutes to pick the tv and pay for it!
