On Saturday 16/11/2013 @ 18h17 I phone through a order for one 30cm Miami. So the lady tells me it will take 25 minutes.
So I get there at 18h40. There is 2 other people in the shop. Not busy at all. I stand at the till waiting for someone to attend to me until 18h48. 8 minutes I stand there and the staff stands chatting at the receiving window with the other staff at the back. In the 8 minutes I stood there my pizza went to the back for avo. I walked out of there just before 19h00. Does it really take 15 minutes to put avo on a pizza.
This is not the first time. Every single time I go to this place I wait way to long. I was a casual at a Pizza Perfect and even on a Friday night when the place is so full and there is no place for a mouse NOBODY waited almost an hour for a pizza. And our pizza's was the best.
I will seriously not go to Pizza Perfect anymore. It's just not what it use to be.
One day I was at Pick a Pay East rand mall. As I left the mall I placed an order. I got there half an hour later and waited a further 20 minutes. No this is ridiculous. One Sunday I waited almost 45 minutes and there was 2 other orders if I remember correct.
