I was offered an upgrade which sounded worthwhile. Five months later, hours on the phone, a long list of reference numbers and countless promises to call me back have still not resolved my issues. Initially I was told that they can't help me so I might as well cancel my contract (Ref, number issued). I've gone months without an Internet connection. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. The connection is back now but so slow it's unusable. If they listened to their so called telephone recordings they would hear a fine collection of empty promises, incorrect information, incorrect equipment replacements and complete incompetence. This will never happen as they would see such unacceptable customer service. It is impossible to speak to a senior person so you will get put through to somebody else full of empty promises and unqualified to resolve the issue. Nobody, but nobody will take responsibility for such inefficiency. Now I am questioning why I have to pay for the months without Internet. It's five months now and my problems continue. But well done to the accounts department, their bills are always on time.
