Do not send itemized billing, while paying for it

I went on contract with Vodacom last year June. In the contract I requested itemized billing & agreed to the extra fees it entails. After a month of not receiving anything I phoned the call centre and requested that it be mailed, as specified in my contract. I received it once & also noticed that they were still billing me for my Blackberry contract as well as my new Samsung contract. I again phoned the call centre and asked that it be rectified. After that they again did not send me an itemized statement, while I have been paying for it. Once again I phoned the call centre but to no avail. Two days later I phoned again and the lady said I should phone another number, because they have to "teach" me how to open the link that is apparently on my statement. The other operator then informed me that I am supposed to receive it in a PDF format with my statement via e-mail and it's not sent as a link. I then again requested that it be sent with my statement to the e-mail address I specified in my contract, and which is also the address at which I received my statement for the past few months. The operator informed me that it will be done within the next few days. I still haven't received anything.
