I applied via MTN Direct Online for a Samsun Galaxy S4 on the 8th August 2013, I then received and e-mail immediately requesting further information from me, which I supplied to Glasson Markham. The mail also stated that the consultant (Glasson) would get back to me withing 3 business days - she did not. On the 3rd day (August 14th) I called MTN Direct and was told that my application had been approved and that the phone would be delivered to me via their courier service, who would contact me for the delivery address. I e-mailed Glasson regarding the status of this delivery to which I got a "message undeliverable". I then called her on the number she gave me to which I got "In a meeting, please sms" I smsed her my query - She did not respond. On the 15th I contacted MTN Direct call centre again and was told that my phone was on its way back to Johannesburg Warehouse. I then tried calling Glasson Markham all day on Friday, Aug 16th, and she called me back at 15:00 asking me once again for my contact number and that I should e-mail her the delivery address. I said I would sms it to her and she said this was fine. I sent all my details IMMEDIATELY to her. I have not as yet received it
