I walked in to pay my account. a lady standing on the other side of the counter is on the phone, at the moment I walked in there is no queue and she is not talking on the phone she just had the receiver on her ear. This was a coloured lady (Not to be but I didn't get her name) I stood in front her and she just looked the other way, excused myself several times just to try get her attention. I did not believe her response, she said " WHAT, DO YOU WANT ME TO STOP WHAT I'M DOING FOR YOU, WHO ARE U AND WHAT MAKES U THINK YOU IMPORTANT" I could not believe what I heard. I Just said to her I'm a customer all I need is you to acknowledge me in front of you. I didn't want this lady to drop what she was doing but at least acknowledge the customer in front of u and let me know u still busy you will be with me that's all. but this lady screamed at me with rude comments, she even told me to leave the store if I have a problem. Her colleague walked in and I asked her to help me, she told her straight not to help me she must go mop the floor. And when I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I was so shocked with attitude like this from management. I just went out the store.
