I recently walked into Markhams Port Shepstone and saw a pants that I liked. I could not find my size and asked the assistant Joelene if they had my size she was busy having a conversation with the lady at the till and looked at me as if I had disturbed her and said she didn't know. Ignoring her rudeness a proceeded to the till to pay my account. At the till Maheshni Reddy the cashier was eating a chocol8 while serving me aswell as telling the assistant Joelene about the man she was with last night. In doing so she dropped chocolate all over my new Markhams card. When I asked her if I could get statements while eating she just said there's no paper. I have never in my life experienced such pathetic service. Your Port Shepstone branch is bringing you down very badly! I am now considering closing my account and never dealing with The Foschini Group again as I am disgusted by the staff! Please give your staff some training in the customer services department!
