We were in Jet Tygervalley on Tuesday and stood in line to pay for goods. there is only one person to assist at the tills, and when asked if there is anybody else to assist, the cashier looks at us, saying "they on lunch". Me and my friend have both worked in the service industry, and you are NEVER on lunch if a client needs assistance. When we informed her we are on lunch as well and that our time are limited, she said there is nothing she can do. Disgusted we put down all our clothes, baby clothes and shoes, we intended to buy back and walked out. She never even tried an apology of any sorts. We don't mind standing in a Que if the shop is busy and all staff are working to help clients, but one cashier at till during a busy time of the day when all of you clients quickly pop in in there lunch. UnAcceptable!!!
