After getting a response on my first COMPLAINT about Telkom, I received a response with a reference - good so far.
A day later I get a mail asking if I still require the service - if YES, I must to into a Telkom centre.
Today - 16.01.2013 - I get my billing - it has now added one more month of me not paying for a service iI DO NOT HAVE!!!
Telkom - please stop acting like you care by responding to my COMPLAINT on this site - I would rather you use your time to action my very VALID COMPLAINT!
