On 27 February I lodge a complaint about bad reception in a metropolitan area where I conduct my business using MTN as my telecommunication supplier. The only thing a received to date was a reference number 0051501. I even tried to follow up the reference number, but the only response is they will call me back. The bad reception is having a negative impact on my business but as long as they get my monthly payments they are not to concern about it. I now started to phase out there products and are moving to Cell C as it is clear that they will not assist me.
