Good day. I have a problem with internet speed and reception in my area. I logged a call at the Northgate Shopping centre branch and they said they would send a tech out. I waited almost a week for someone to get back to me but no one did. When I phoned the 8ta call centre they told me that they phoned me twice but they haven't. The lady then helped me again and said someone will phone me back. No one phoned me yet. I even tried different modems. Seems like the network gets congested at night. So I hope 8ta send a tech at night to check it. Really bad service.
