Good evening. I'm so sick of slow internet connection. Got 0.23mb/s tonight, no uploading speed as it doesn't get that far. After the network guys was here and saw there was a problem no one got back to me. The chat to agent doesn't work as it disconnects you. Maybe close your doors. I'm paying Telkom for a service which I don't receive. I had to phone the tech... which I'm still waiting for to get back to me. I want a manager to phone me!!! Not a helpdesk tech! Who pays my phone bills for every call I have to make to 8ta??? If someone at 8ta is not to busy doing nothing, please phone me ASAP!
