ON THE 10TH MAY 2013 I NTHABI MOTA TOOK MY BRAND NEW PHONE TO SOUTHGATE BRANCH DUE FAULTY HANDSET. THE PHONE A LUMIA 920 IS MY BUSINESS PHONE AND DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO COMMUNIATE PROPERLY I AM LOSING BUSINESS AS THE NATURE OF MY BUSINESS IS SALES. THE PHONE VIRTUALLY SWITCHED OFF AND EVEN THOUGH I REBOOTED NOTHING HAPPEND. ON THE 23RD MAY I CALLED THE NATIONAL CALL CENTRE ONLY TO BE REFERRED TO THE STORE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I DEMAND A NEW PHONE AS THE PHONE WAS ONLY A FEW WEEKS OLD AND I PAID CASH FOR IT.
