Ordered ADSL line to be installed on 1 Jan 2014, Tech came on the 14th (no problem they told me it takes 14-21 days) And the tech told me some things need fixing they will reschedule and that it would be installed on the 18th. So I waited till then just to find out the tech couldn't get into the neighbours yard (which I had a key for) Till that day not one phone call was made or sms sent out to confirm anything I needed to phone. Then another date was scheduled for the 22nd the tech came and left saying no one was home while I was waiting for him like a jackass then with the help of the call centre we tried to phone him and he doesn't answer spoke to the supervisor and she promised she will phone me with updates (no phone call received at all) next day the tech finally phoned me telling me some wire was struck with lighting I should take wireless, he the cancelled my order telling that I wanted wireless instead. Phone and rescheduled again for the 30th someone from Telkom phoned me asking if I want ADSL and I said YES, phoned after 5 hours and now there isn't even a booked date any more. 25 phone calls 10 escalations 5 promised of feedback 5 tech mess ups 30 days and no adsl.
